Georgian, Azerbaijan`s Football Federations discuss strategy for EURO 2020

The presidents of the Georgian and Azerbaijan`s football federations met in the hotel Radisson in Batumi today and discussed the joint strategy, which the two federations plan to submit to EUFA and claim to host the EURO 2020 Championship. The UEFA congress will be held in Kiev, Ukraine, on June 30.
Several countries have already expressed their desire to host EURO 2020 - Georgia-Azerbaijan; British Trio - Scotland, Wales and Ireland and Turkey. UEFA has warned Turkey a few days ago and assigned to settle the financial problems, due to which two Turkish clubs were excluded from Europe`s League.
Presidents of the two Football Federations, Zviad Sitchinava and Rovnag Abdulaev will hold a joint press conference after the meeting today.
