Georgia to raise issue of violence at PACE

Georgian delegation will raise the issue of violence against a Georgian minor in occupied Abkhazia at the session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. Georgian politicians compare the Wednesday brutal fact as similar to fascism.

Russian soldiers beat a minor in Abkhazia, the occupied region of Georgia on Wednesday after they found Georgian text-books in the teenager`s bag. The boy has a hand fracture and multiple injuries. Mamuka Phiphia, the 10th-grade schoolboy remains on the territory of occupied Abkhazia so far. Parents fail to contact the child.

Public Defender Giorgi Tughushi says all international human rights organizations will be reported in detail about teh accident.
