A strange object noticed above Tbilisi

A strange shining object was noticed in the sky above Georgia around 10 p.m. last night. The round shining object was flying too fast leaving the light track behind itself. Some people managed to shot the amateur video and uploaded it on social networks.
It has been reported that similar shining flying object could be seen from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Russia, Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey and Arab Emirates.
Experts rule out any astronomic phenomenon and say it was just a sky-rocket. Russian news agencies are reporting that a new ballistic rocket Topol tested in Astrakhan, Russia, at 21:39. The rocket was targeted at the Sarishagan military base in Kazakhstan.
