Tbilisi Mayor`s Office intends to start today evening abating water level in Mtkvari River flowing through Georgia`s capital Tbilisi. The decision was made due to the ongoing rehabilitation works on the right bank of the river.
The river flow is supposed to abate by 11 meters.
The mayor`s office calls on citizens to be careful when moving through the right bank of Mtkvari River.
Negotiations conducted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia withthe representatives of the Tskhinvali puppet regime ended in a release of two peaceful residents of from the nearby villages today.

The three soldiers, who were killed in a terror exlposion in Afghanistan on Monday, served in 42nd Battalion of this Brigade. The military held a moment of silence in respect of the memory of Georgian heroes.

National flag of Georgia was lowered at Georgia`s office of the Council of Europe on the day, when the nation mourns the death of three Georgian soldiers in Afghanistan. Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze attended the ceremony.
