Iranian murder suspect to serve his sentence in Georgia
Iranian citizen, Navid Nou Bahar Deilmma will face his charges for premeditated murder today; tomorrow he will be sent to custody under preliminary imprisonment. Deilamma will serve his sentence in Georgia. He was detained a few hours after killing an Iranian businessman, Maksud Bedustan. The murder occurred in Tbilisi in the office of the businessman in Tbilisi. The suspect has already pleaded guilty. Police found the portable computer and mobile telephone of the killed man during the body search of the suspect. Maksu Bedustan ran his business in Tbilisi during past 11 years.
The firearm from which Erosi Kitsmarishvili was probably fired and which was found at the crime scene was registered by Kitsmarishvili in his name earlier on the same day, July 15, Prosecutor`s Office said.
The firearm from which former owner of Rustavi 2 TV Erosi Kitsmarishvili was fired is a CZ pistol. As reported, Tbilisi prosecutor`s office is expected to release a new statement regarding Kitsmarishvili`s death later today.
