New contemporary hospital opens in Gori

New hospital was opened Wednesday in the town of Gori in Shida Kartli, the adjacent region to Tskhinvali Region occupied by Russia. The 30-bed multi-profile clinic is outfitted with contemporary equipments.
High-qualified medical staff has been employed in the new medical center. 95 specialists are working there.
President Saakashvili opened the medical center in Gori today. The president after the opening ceremony met locals and addressed them.
"Never in Georgia since Davit and Tamar (Kings of Georgia in XI-XII) has so much been constructed than in the last three-four years, especially after the war [the brief war with Russia in August 2008];
"The main thing today is that the sense of justice has returned. We are not yet replete, happy, we are still partially occupied, but you are not being robbed, intimidated, and blackmailed any more;
"And today, Russia, the occupant country, which has officially declared an enemy the people, which is struggling for freedom is making an example of Georgia. What can be more humiliating for those, who thought we were finished. Therefore, our answer to them is perfectly refurbished Gori, because it is a symbol of our reconstruction", Saakashvili said.
