Iranian murder suspect to serve his sentence in Georgia

Iranian citizen, Navid Nou Bahar Deilmma will face his charges for premeditated murder today; tomorrow he will be sent to custody under preliminary imprisonment. Deilamma will serve his sentence in Georgia. He was detained a few hours after killing an Iranian businessman, Maksud Bedustan. The murder occurred in Tbilisi in the office of the businessman in Tbilisi. The suspect has already pleaded guilty. Police found the portable computer and mobile telephone of the killed man during the body search of the suspect. Maksu Bedustan ran his business in Tbilisi during past 11 years.
Former health minister and currently president`s representative to Kakheti region, Zurab Chiaberashvili believes that the current government will not be able to influence on the judiciary at the trials and he will be able to prove his innocence as well as the arrested ex-prime minister and UNM leader Vano Merabishvili.
