President met with students of Agrarian University

President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili visited Agrarian University of Tbilisi today and viewed ultra-modern laboratories functioning there. President met with the students of the university and spoke about the meaning of the agrarian education for the development of the agriculture sector of the country. During the visit, President voiced a new initiative - the Ministry of Education and Science is now working to issue special cards for students, which will grant them privileges on travelling with public transport and at trade objects. The cards will be handed over to all students in Georgia from May 20, 2012.
