Young man was killed, girl was injured in Tbilisi

Police found a young man killed and a teenager girl gravely wounded on the Sadguri Street of the Ponichala district, Tbilisi, late last night. Zurab Skhirtladze, 21, was found dead of the injuries from a fire gun; Teo Chikhladze, 17, was bleeding from her one injury in her forehead, but was still alive. The girl was operated on last night; however, her health state is still very critical.
The parents of the killed man say the two were in love with each other and were planning to marry, but there was a third person in t heir relations, who gave a call to the girl in the evening yesterday. The uncle of Zurab Skhirtladze says the murder occurred during a dispute with that person.
The family confirms that the boy carried a gun, which the police found at the place of murder. The police have filed a criminal case; investigation is in progress.
