Joint TV project of Rustavi 2 and Tbilisi City Hall “Employ and Get Employed” aired in November-December 2011.

Jury of the project consisted of heads of the most successful banks  in Georgia - Lado Gurgenidze, Irakli Gilauri, Vakhtang Butskhrikidze and the mayor of the capital - Gigi Ugulava. The jury listened to the ideas of the beginner businessmen and chose the best to support their implementation.

35 projects have been financed during the show. Heads of the banks have promised to cooperate with authors of several rejected projects; some of them have been employed with the assistance of the mayor. More than half a million GEL have been invested from the budget of the capital, 35 business ideas have been financed.
